Life 2 the Max Fun Day - Celebrating 125 years of The Boys' Brigade
On Saturday 12th July the Battalion held a Fun Day at Felden Lodge, Hemel Hempstead. A double decker bus and a collection of minibuses transported the large group from locations in Enfield to and from Hemel Hempstead, with over 140 members of the Battalion attending and with all companies being represented. This special day was for all age groups from 5 to 18 years, and there was a variety of activities including a magician, bouncy castle, inflatable human football, It's a Knockout for Christ team challenge, devotions, scrap heap challenge, treasure hunt as well as visits by the local Fire Service and Police Force. The day finished with a closing service and presentations to teams winning the "It's a Knockout for Christ Team Challenge" and the "Scrap Heap Challenge".
The day was a part of the celebration for the 125th Anniversary of The Boys' Brigade, brining as many as possible together for a day of fun and fellowship. It was a great day for all!
